Easy color mixing method: Bracketing

This video is my adaptation of bracketing - an easy color mixing method I learned from British still-life realist artist, Paul Foxton a few years ago. It basically enables you to target colors precisely and accurately every time. You mix two colors on either side of your target color on the color wheel and mix between them until you hit it spot on - as long as you match all the values first. My adaptation uses a camera or phone camera's black and white photography mode in order to judge your values accurately.
