This cookie recipe is my go to recipe!!! one cookie base endless cookie flavors and combinations!
(All ingredients need to be at room temp)
Ingredients:
1cup unsalted butter ( equal to 2 stick's)
1 cup of granulated sugar
1/2 a cup of brown sugar( like using dark)
recipe calls for equal part of sugar but I always take off 1/2 a cup for a not so sweet option.
2 large eggs at( rt)
1/4 tsp salt
2tbsp baking powder
1tsp of baking soda
1tbsp vanilla extract
3 cups of AP flour
(cream cheese stuffing)
half a bar of cream cheese
2 tbsp of powder sugar
1 tbsp of AP flour
(Snicker doodle topping)
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2tbsp ground cinnamon
optional a dash of all spice
be creative and add any topping you want to this cookies!!
bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes depending on oven.
