Cheese biscuits
2 cups self rising flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 stick butter
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack/ cheddar cheese
After scooping, brush with egg wash and top biscuits with more cheese
Bake on 375 for roughly 15 minutes. This could be adjusted depending on your oven.
After baking, brush with melted butter and garlic salt blend
