Easy No-Bake Passionfruit Cheesecake

Made with a buttery biscuit base and a velvety cream cheese filling, this dessert is sure to impress your family and friends or just yourself yk. Love you loads, - glazedflowers🫶🏽🤍💐 Recipe 📖 Ingredients Base: 1/4 cup sweet biscuit crumbs 80 g butter, melted Filling: 2 x 250 g cream cheese blocks, softened 0.75 cup caster sugar 0.25 cup lemon juice 3 tsp gelatine, dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water 1 cup cream, lightly whipped 170 g passionfruit pulp (can) Instructions: 1. Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, and press into the base of a lightly greased 20 cm springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes. 2. Beat cream cheese and sugar using an electric mixer until smooth. 3. Add lemon juice and gelatine mixture, and beat until combined. 4. Fold through the cream and 1 can of passionfruit pulp. 5. Pour mixture into the prepared base and chill for 3 hours or until set.
