Ingredients:
Tangzhong (starter)
3 tbsp water
3 tbsp whole milk
2 tbsp all purpose flour
Dough
2 ½ cups all purpose flour
¼ cup sugar, white
1 tbsp active dry yeast + 1 tsp sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
½ cup whole milk, warm
1 large egg
¼ cup butter
Food coloring (I used the gel kind for this recipe), add until desired color is achieved :)
