Easy Sourdough

Hello friends, join me in the kitchen to make a super easy no fuss sourdough loaf. The kids interrupt, I don't get the camera angles quite right and the fridge keeps humming but this is real life!! As well as making my normal loaf I'm experimenting with a 100% spelt loaf. Hopefully some of my waffle is useful if you're trying to perfect your sourdough! Happy baking!!
