Here's a quick easy way to make spinach pie. While it is not like the traditional dish that includes phyllo dough and feta cheese, it delivers a wonderful spinach taste with just a handful of ingredients. If you prefer to make your own pastry crust please do, but as an additional step-saver a ready-made crust works well, too. My apologies in advance for being so loud...this time I was holding the camera so the microphone was close by!
