Easy Step by Step Neural Net Image Classification using C#, Visual Studio and ML.Net Model Builder

We will install and use ML.Net to train a neural net to classify images using ML.Net Model Builder and C#. We will select data to train the model, let ML Model Builder select the model and parameters and then test how it does and run the prediction in C#.
