Eavesdropping on AI Conversations
Ever wondered what AIs are saying when they switch to that creepy "dial-up modem" language? I built a Rust decoder to find out. In this video, I walk through building Eavesgibber - a tool that decodes Gibberlink, the efficient audio protocol AIs use to communicate with each other. Using FFI bindings to connect Rust with the ggwave C++ library, I extracted and translated the "secret" conversation from the viral Gibberlink demo. Spoiler: The AIs weren't plotting world domination... this time. π π Links & Resources: π Project Repository: https://github.com/branchwag/eavesgibber π€ Original Gibberlink Demo: https://youtu.be/EtNagNezo8w π ggwave Library by Georgi Gerganov: https://github.com/ggerganov/ggwave Credits: Sound Effect by freesound_community from Pixabay https://pixabay.com/sound-effects/ Photos from Unsplash: Ali Yasar isgoren - https://unsplash.com/@grafikci Logan Voss - https://unsplash.com/@loganvoss Kolby Milton - https://unsplash.com/@kolbymilton Alexander Sinn - https://unsplash.com/@swimstaralex Alexander Andrews - https://unsplash.com/@alex_andrews #rust #programming #ai #ggwave #systemsprogramming #coding
