In chapter 4 of Ecclesiastes, the writer explores the human experiences of oppression, toil and friendlessness. In part, I discuss the weight of oppression and point to the hope found in Jesus Christ. I also highlight the soceital problem of loneliness, which, as christians, is an occurrence we cannot look away from.
