EC&I 831 Major Learning Project #donutstoplearning

Here is a video I created to sum up my major learning project for EC&I 831. I chose to learn how to make a Boston Cream donut. This journey required me to watch YouTube videos, ask for assistance on Twitter and Facebook, and meet with people in person to show me how to make different components of the donut.
