eConsent 4: Sending Informed Consent Forms to Participants.

Part 4 of a 4 part video series on eConsent. Video 4 provides information on how to send an Informed Consent Form (ICF) to a potential study participant. This includes information on how to first have a study team member sign the consent form and then send the ICF directly to individuals being consented.
