I have been battling severe depression and anxiety for nine years. I have tried many different medication combos and all have failed to improve my symptoms. I underwent a treatment called electroconvulsive therapy which is a treatment for depression that has a much higher success rate than any antidepressant. For the length of my treatment, I have been keeping a video journal of my progress. I also underwent a treatment called transcranial magnetic stimulation or TMS. Due to the lack of testimonies about ECT and TMS on YouTube, I have decided to share my journal with the community. Thank you for taking the time to check out my channel.
