In this video I explain the thinning process of a blade after multiple sharpening's. I also show my original Edge Pro Apex and the new 80 grit Diamond Matrix Stone. It appears in the video that I am pushing down hard on the stone, but I was only putting moderate pressure with the aluminum oxide stone and even less pressure with the Diamond Matrix Stones.
