The Shannon ABM-D 135 is a fully automatic, high-productivity acrylic sheet bending machine engineered for precision and speed. Capable of handling single sheets up to 135 cm long — or multiple thin sheets at once — it delivers fast, consistent bends in materials up to 5 mm thick.
Equipped with two bottom and two top heating profiles, each controlled by its own digital temperature unit, the ABM-D 135 can produce two upward bends in a single cycle. Each bending line includes protractors for angle accuracy, a vacuum system to hold material securely, and pressure bars to keep sheets perfectly flat during processing.
The front bending assembly can be easily repositioned to set the distance between bend lines, and either line may be switched off when only one bend is required. A mobile underframe with locking brakes provides an ideal working height and stable operation.
