Efficiency vs. Effectiveness - Which is More Important?

Focal Dystonia sent me on an adventure that I never knew I needed to take as a trombonist. In this video I share a snippet of an interview I did with Katie Berglof discussing how I dealt with some of the mental hardships of Focal Dystonia. Trusting efficiency over effectiveness is something I struggled with initially. With time, I was able to overcome the fear of the unknown and turn that fear into confidence.
