A Chinese-American egg omelette that is served with a soy beef gravy or what I like to use is my oyster chicken gravy which I have the recipe for down below. I did grow up eating this every now and then my mom actually worked in a Chinese restaurant for a little while so it was something she would bring home often. It’s not hard to make at all and definitely a crowd pleaser. So when i do have a potluck I like to make it and serve it along side with gravy. Hope you folks enjoy this video.
