2/3 cup unsalted butter or margarine
3/4 cup condensed milk
4 tbsp powdered icing sugar
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp all spice
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp juice squeezed from grated ginger
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.
