Eight Years Alone
There’s a kind of alone that people don’t see. Not the kind where no one’s around… the kind where you’re surrounded by life, but still feel like you’re carrying it by yourself. “Eight Years Alone” comes from that place. Years where things were quiet. Years where it felt like nobody really knew what was going on inside. Years of trying to figure out how to keep moving when everything in you felt stuck. I’ve lived that. But looking back now… I wasn’t as alone as I thought I was. God was there in moments I didn’t even recognize at the time. Holding things together when I couldn’t. Keeping me moving when I didn’t think I had anything left. This isn’t about being strong. It’s about what it looks like to come through something that could’ve taken you out—and realizing you’re still here. If you’ve ever felt alone longer than you thought you could handle… you’re not the only one. — Lawrence Vickstrom Listen everywhere: https://hyperfollow.com/LawrenceVickstrom Food & Fellowship — Zephyrhills, Florida Serving meals, prayer, and community every week.
