Elastic Collision-Physics Experiment
The objective of this experiment is to verify the law of conservation of momentum and the law of conservation of energy in the case of elastic collisions.
This experiment is performed on linear air track with two carts with variable masses by keeping one of the carts at rest before the collision.
The readings obtained are satisfactory as the experiment is not performed under ideal conditions.
