Our newest 120 volt controller features a GFCI plug to protect users from electrocution. GFCI technology is usually built into the outlets found in kitchens and bathrooms. We built this into the end of a long cable that is attached to the brewing controller to ensure that homebrewers are safe no matter where they're brewing. This controller also comes with a waterproof temperature probe that will monitor the temperature of your brewday. This waterproof temperature probe can be used for many other things as well, not just brewing. This digital brewing controller also has a built in alarm, allowing you to program a certain temperature and be notified when your wort is heated or chilled. The alarm feature in this digital brewing controller means you don't have to worry about boiling over so you can do other things during your brew day, like mowing your lawn or doing laundry. Another useful feature of this 120 volt digital brewing controller has a simple button that lets you switch between automatic and manual mode.
