Electrical Cabinet Fire Protection System Program (ZELIO SOFT - FBD)

This program is dedicated to the fire safety system of the electrical cabinet. 1. When analog input – ib=0 V, then temperature of the electrical cabinet t=250 deg. 2. When analog input – ib = 9.9 V, then temperature of the electrical cabinet t=300 deg. and first ventilator Q1 is activated 3. When t=350 deg. and second ventilator Q2 is activated 4. When t=400 deg. both ventilators stops and flashing lamps Q3 and Q4 (for fire hazard warnings) of the electrical cabinet light up after 2 sec. the alarm goes on and the power supply is cut off. - Parameters of the Gain block calculated using an expression: Y=(A/B)*X+C; - The Schmitt Trigger blocks are usrd to set the temperatures and convert the analog signal to discrete. - To turn off the ventilators (fans) logic elements AND, NOT are used; - To flesh the lamps taymers type Li are used.
