Sometimes element 3d loses paths to the files it needs. To restore them, find the Element3d layer ( I usually call them E3d). Go to the scene settings, element 3d should prompt you to restore them. If this message does not appear, you can find it in the file menu. Next, you should specify the folder where the files are located( usually a folder of footage)
