Elise Smigiel Interview

Today we sat down with Former Penn State and Towson Women's Lacrosse player Elise Smigiel. We Discuss: -The Transfer Portal Process -Finding your role on a lacrosse team -This season with Towson About the Guest: Elise Smigiel is a graduate student and attacker at the University of Towson. This past season she had 35 goals and 8 assists. Before college Elise played at Germantown Academy under head coach Mary Dean. Elise was named to the 2021 All-Inter-Ac League First Team and her school's Team MVP in addition to winning the Inter-Ac Athletic League Athletic Director Award in 2021. She scored over 100 goals in her prep career at Germantown, was a four-year varsity starter, she also made the 2019 Philly National Tournament Team and the 2018 Under Armour Philadelphia Command team. She was named the 2018 MSJA Rookie of the Year and won the 2018 Abby O'Bierne Memorial Award as she led Germantown to the PAISAA Semifinals in 2019 and the 2021 Inter-Ac League Tournament Semifinals.
