This is a tutorial showing you how to do the makeup for Wicked's Elphaba! Or the Wicked Witch of the West from Wizard of Oz! Or... really any other green character. :) I didn't have the right witch hat for the whole cosplay, but this is just to give you an idea about the makeup and application.
