Embedded Domain Specific Language for `if` statement - Compiler Programming Ep17

Since I want to avoid dealing with figuring out syntax and parsing and instead focus on the "backend" of the language I thought it would be a good idea to start working on an embedded DSL to write programs in. `if` statement is a good place to start.
