Emo Demo 2025

Here you can see our full demo from EMO Hannover, 2025! Watch as our tools move through 4140 steel (47-50 HRC), on a Hamuel Reichenbacher HSTM 150 S2. The tool list is as follows, and you can find the speeds, feeds and depths of cuts included in the tool information in the video. Tool one is an XFSP-4032-EM 40mm diameter Excelerator Positive High-Feed Mill, with WG-600 Whisker-Reinforced Ceramic inserts. Tool 2 is a FMRN-050R 50mm Diameter Excelerator Round Negative Face Mill, with WG-600 Whisker-Reinforced Ceramic inserts. Tool 3 is a WSRPF-4032R 40mm diameter Excelerator Round Positive end mill, with WG-600 Whisker-Reinforced ceramic inserts. Tool 4 is an FME4X0915 12mm Diameter XSYTIN-360 solid ceramic end mill. Tool 5 is an EME7X2210B 10 mm diameter Greenleaf-360 solid carbide end mill Tool 6 is an SSBN-M012X 12mm diameter ball nose end mill.
