Emotional Intelligence Scale

This video describes in detail a practical test to assess Emotional Intelligence of subject by using Emotional Intelligence Scale by Dr. Arun Kumar Singh and Dr. Shruti Narain. It has in total 31 statements related to day to day life and every statement has two options- Yes or No, and subject has to choose one option out these two options. If the subject's answers tallied with the answers in the scoring key of test manual than +1 mark will be given for every tallied answer and if not than 0 marks. Interpretation of the total score can be done with help of table no. 5 of Test booklet. There is no such time limit given in the test booklet to complete this test but it is expected to be completed within 15 to 20 minutes.
