Employee Turnover Prediction using machine learning | Binary classification Project

In this video we'll go over building a machine learning project to predict employee turnover at a company. We'll first go over exploratory data analysis(EDA) then we'll jump into data processing finally we'll learn to build a model to deal with predicting where or not an employess is going to stay or leave the company. After this is done, we'll hyperparameter tune the best performing model.
