Using Gimp and standard filters I will try to emulate Vincent Willem van Gogh later style of painting.
His is regarded as one of the Post-Impressionism artist with his impasto style, a technique used in painting
where brush or painting-knife strokes are visible. In Gimp using a digital photograph I will attempt copy this effect.
