Well, here it is, I just discovered that the music not only plays in Otacon's final codec call, but all the way through the game. It is, in fact, a CODEC VERSION. But there are only two bits where you can hear the song in almost his entirety:
- Otacon's last dialogue (Meryl's ending)
- Naomi's last dialogue
With Audacity, I mixed those two to make a complimentary cue, it was a good fit.
