Encoding No Operand and Immediate Byte Operand Instructions - Compiler Programming Ep5

Change hardcoded mapping of `mov` instruction encoding to allow mapping between mnemonic and list of supported encoding. Also add support for no operands and immediate byte (imm8) operands.
