With all learning comes at some cost and in this case the cost was several endmills clogged with melted Aluminum.
But an overnight spa bath in Drano fixed up several of these endmills. One of them cleaned up okay but was bent. :(
Not sure if the McDonalds cup was the best bath tub but hey it worked!
