Key causes include untimely adjustments, energy waste from varying operator expertise, lack of real-time equipment monitoring, over-reliance on traditional scheduled PM instead of predictive maintenance, and suboptimal efficiency. AUSTAR launches its AI Cloud Intelligent Control System to tackle this issue. Leveraging AI and big data, it cuts energy use, emissions and consumption. AUSTAR recently completed an energy-saving project for a biopharma enterprise. Deploying energy management system, air compressor station digital control system, and intelligent control systems for air compressor stations, AC chilled water, circulating water and heat source digital control system, we enabled unattended operation, boosted efficiency with fewer staff, and cut management man-hours by 30%.
