This video demonstrates the use of MERG's CBUS modules on a large 0 gauge layout. This four wire system is used for the control of accessories such as lights, to drive servos for points and monitor block detectors. A control panel uses an input and output module to monitor pushbutton switches that are used to set the direction of the points and also indicate, using bicolour LEDs, the lay of the point using fedback from the module driving the servo operating the point. The versatility of the CBUS system is well illustrated in this layout.
