In this video, we create a Linux Ubuntu Desktop (Hyper-V) with disk encryption that we also enroll into Intune. We create a Compliance Policy Profile to look if the device is encrypted and thereby compliant.
Looking at the few Linux Intune options that exist as of January 2023 and expecting Microsoft to add more features.
