Day 3 of getting my life back on track.
Started the day early, locked in an upper body session, pushed through even when energy dipped, then got straight into work with deliveries. Came back for more training, sauna, and stayed disciplined with food all day. No smoke, no junk — just focusing on building momentum.
Still not perfect, still figuring things out, but this is what progress actually looks like. Small wins, stacking days, staying consistent.
