Epic Card Magic | Turbo Charge Multiple Selection
The Multiple Selection "Pick a card any card". This composition is fantastic. Finding a chosen card can be strong effect. The Premise behind the revelation determines how strong the audience will respond. Having a large number of cards chosen and then shuffled back into the deck sounds miraculous; it is and then found, truly memorable The scope of multiple cards builds with momentum towards a stunning finale. It's a difficult composition to present because having a large number of cards chosen has an impact on pacing and delivery. How this pacing is managed is the big secret behind a well designed choreography. I am still working on this plot because as always, there is room for improvement. Once the action starts, it more than makes up for any time lag during the selection phase. I was inspired by Darwin Ortiz to take another look at this effect. It has a long history. It goes back as far as Robert Houdin, 1868. Eddie Fecther gets credit, so does Marlo and Doc Eason. I think its a worthwhile study. It becomes a personal expression based on how each magician choreographs their own revelations. The choice is yours. This is mine. This is an old video, enjoy. Classic Card Magic
