Escaping Back Control In MMA

This video examines back escapes in MMA. Looking at an escape by Tim Kennedy against Roger Gracie who escape had a locked in body triangle and harness as well as Gilbert Burns excellent defence against Demian Maia where he prevented Maia from progressing once his was on the back. As stated in the video, Gordon Ryan and John Danaher utilised the escape shown by Tim Kennedy as inspiration for developing their back escape system.
