The espasol ( English : rice cake ) is a kind of thin and long or tube of cakes or sweets from Laguna, Philippines . It is made from rice flour , coconut milk, sweetened grated coconut meat, and sprinkled with fried rice . This sweet mamon or kakaning ( rice pudding ) is also called baybaye in the Philippines. INGREDIENTS: 1 kg glutinous flour 400 ml coconut milk 1 bottle macapuno strips/grated sweetened coconut 140 ml evaporated milk 300 ml condense milk 1 cup sugar 1-2 tsp salt ------------------------------------------------------------- Thank You guys for watching!
