EVA Slipper Printing Process

EVA slipper (flipflop) printer machine printing process: For white or light color EVA: 1. Spray auxiliary——(wait till it dry)——2.spray EVA coating——(wait till it dry)——3.print——4.if you spray a litter bit EVA coating again, fastness would be better. For dark color EVA: 1. Spray auxiliary——(wait till it dry)——2.spray white coating——(wait till it dry)——3.spray EVA coating——(wait till it dry)——4.print——5.if you spray a litter bit EVA coating again, fastness would be better. The final step (spray a litter bit EVA coating again) is not essential, but if you do it, fastness would be better. Actually the operation of spraying auxiliary, coating and white coating is totally the same, they are all sprayed by spraying gun. Water based/Fabric ink This type of ink used for printing T-shirt, cotton and all kinds of fabric. It could print directly, no need to spray coating. Coating introduction: Before print, we need to spray coating on surface of material, there are 2 usages of coating, one is to enhance color fastness, another usage is to make the ink color more vivid.
