Event ID 41. This computer reboots by itself!

This computer hasn't run fine in a long time. It came in to us because the owner was not happy with the service that he was getting from the person who built it for him. According to the owner, every time he went for service, the only solution offered to him was to wipe his drive clean. Event ID 41 is an error logged by Windows OS signaling that the computer was voluntarily or involuntarily shut down improperly. The customer started looking for alternative businesses and the brought it to us. We waited almost a week to upload this video just to make sure our resolution was spot on.
