Everyday Ballet Core & Posture Warmup
#everydayballet #balletathome #ballerinabody Hello Dancers! I do this short, easy, and very effective exercise before every class to activate core & posture. It's also a great one to incorporate into your morning routine as a gentle wakeup for your body. Just be careful to hug in your core & keep releasing your shoulders & neck when lifting the arms. This way your core, back, & waist will feel the work. Also, really extend through the arms & fingertips (without tensing the neck & shoulders).
