1. Selected everything (other than the Total row),
2. Created the Stacked Chart
3. Right Click on the Stacked Chart (Always Right Click when in doubt)
4. Select Data
5. Delete the Data that we do not need.
6. Swapped Rows & Columns
7. Chart is almost ready
8. Select Column Chart to be changed to Line Chart
9. Select the Line Chart, Right Click, Select it to be on the Secondary Axis
10. Done (one you add (1) Chart Title (2 )Primary Axis (3)Secondary Axis (4) Legend )
