Excel Converting Numbers to Text for Sorting

Sorting numbers and text in Excel leads to a lot of issues. With sorting, text, and numbers in the same column do not play well together. It is important to convert values or numbers to text so when you sort A to Z, the sort is correct. When you have numbers and text in the same column and do a Sort A to Z, the numbers will be sorted before the text. I demonstrate how to use the ISTEXT function with Conditional Formatting to find text in a column. I also use the T Function in Excel. I used Copy and Paste Values to get the data converted to Text back into the original column.
