Excel Tutorial: Time Series Decomposition by Blocking | Dr. Harper’s Classroom

This tutorial video will perform a decomposition of a monthly time series to estimate the parameters of seasonal and trend components with a blocking technique in Excel. The estimates of the components are then used to forecast the monthly forecast for the next year. The time series and forecasts are graphed in Excel.
