I was first introduced to this drill when I was around 12 years old at Johan Ruysink’s bootcamp before Junior European Championships and to this day I do this drill and have it in my practice plan. This is more of an advanced stuff, but you will see exercises for every level in future!
RULES:
- balls should be pocketed in order
- balls 1-3, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12 have to be made in the same corner pockets
- you’re not allowed to touch the short rail, playing balls 2,3,5,6,8,9,11,12 and you have to hit 2 rails with a CB
- free runout after 12-ball
