As you do this exercise focus on: - Moving only from your shoulder joint, not your hand - Keeping your spine tall and long - Bracing your core - Moving your upper arm slow and staying in control Practicing this exercise will improve: Balance Upper body strength Balance Walking strength and endurance Let’s GO!
