Exercising your foot after bunion surgery for the many weeks following surgery is a key element to healing. It will help you to gain back your range of motion in your foot. I'll show you the exercises given to me by my doctor and by my physical therapist, how I started doing each exercise at first, and how I've progressed to make the exercises more challenging.
