Welcome to "expanding double brackets". I hope they are easier than they potentially look.
There are 2 ways that they can be solved: the foil method and the "waffle method" where you draw a noughts-and-crosses grid and fill in the blanks. A girl I used to work with called it the "waffle method" and since then it's stuck.
I've included both methods in the video so you can decide which you prefer. Both methods will give you the same answer, so it is literally personal preference.
